Clothing-optional gentle Pilates for all mobilities
The 1pm class is open to FLINTA- femme, lesbian, intersex, nonbinary, trans, agender- and plus ones. (The 2pm class is open to all). The Pilates mat class focuses on mindful movement. Breath guides exploration of our own personal anatomies, alignment, and awareness. Modifications offered for differing abilities and injury recovery. Focus is on your own sensations over forming certain shapes.
Class is 1pm to 1:45pm. Arrive by 12:45pm; doors close at 1pm to avoid disruption.

About the Instructor:
Sirène is a Somatic Artist and Kink Professional. After a near death experience in the early 2020s, she left a white collar career to embrace life as a born-again slut. Exploration of the fantastic feat of being in a body has led her on diverse undertakings, from training as a Wilderness First Responder to joining Sanctuary staff as a Pro Switch. Sirène is currently a student teacher of Pilates through Pilates Sports Center.
